Please keep in mind that local carriers might have delays that we have no control over.

If your delivery address is outside the EU, you might need to pay customs duties and import taxes when your order arrives. Since these fees vary a lot from country to country, it’s best to check with your local customs office for details.

Additional customs may apply when shipping to the UK due to Brexit. Since 1 January 2021, customs regulations have changed for goods entering the UK, with different rules depending on the value of the shipment.
For goods valued at £135 or less: There will be no additional customs charges upon delivery
For goods valued over £135:
An approximate 20% customs import fee.

If you return your Manda product, we can refund you the total amount paid for the item on our website. However, we cannot guarantee a refund for any additional duties or import fees you may have paid.
These charges are managed separately by customs authorities in countries outside the EU/EFTA. For further details, we recommend reaching out to your local customs office.

We offer a hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Please contact us at hello@themanda.io if you want to return your product.
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@themanda.io. You will be guided through the process and provided with a return shipping label.
Please follow the checklist provided below to ensure a smooth process for returning your bag and receiving a refund or exchange:
- The bag should be free of visible marks, scratches, or stains.
- Handle the bag with care and avoid placing it on rough or abrasive surfaces to prevent damage.
- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories when returning the item.
- Submit your return request within 30 days of receiving the bag.
- Ensure that the bag being returned matches the one specified in your return request.
- Please note that any returns that fail to meet our return policy requirements will not be accepted, and no refund will be awarded.

The return shipping fee will be deducted from the total amount of your original order. We will provide you with a return shipping label to facilitate the process.
Alternatively, if you prefer to use your own return shipping method, please note that you will be responsible for all associated costs.
Refunds for approved transactions will be credited back to the original payment card or account used for the purchase. Please be aware that it may take up to 10 business days for your bank to process the refund. The duration can vary significantly depending on the policies of the card issuer, and unfortunately, we have no control over this process.
If you have received an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, kindly reach out to us at hello@themanda.io. Please include a photo of the damage or the incorrect item you received, along with your order number. Rest assured, we will be more than happy to resolve the issue for you!
Please note that bags & accessories damaged due to wear and tear are not considered faulty.
